You can delete your Cricket Cards Royale account at any time from inside the app. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.

How to delete your account in the app

Open Cricket Cards Royale on your phone.
Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right).
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
Tap Delete Account (red button).
Confirm twice when prompted.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards.

What is deleted

When you tap Delete Account, the following is permanently removed from our database:

Your user profile (email, username, country, avatar)
All cards you own and your squad lineup
Your purchase history and coin balance
Daily streak progress and achievements
Season records and rankings
Friendships and pending game invites
Coin purchase records linked to your account identifier

What is retained

Match history for other players is kept, but you appear as “Deleted user” in their records (so their stats remain accurate).
Anonymous analytics already sent to Amplitude (event names, gameplay metrics) cannot be retroactively removed because they are not linked to identifying data after deletion.
Apple / Google purchase receipts may be retained for up to 7 years in compliance with tax and consumer-protection law (EU). These records are not linked to your in-app identity after account deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in or the in-app option isn't working, email us at ijaz529@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will manually delete your account within 7 days and reply when complete.
